(ooc. I’m going to post something that you can continue on as a plot for yourself. This ‘character’ will be unique, something clan wrath members will all have. Ill post as the character so you have something and someone to rp with. Once we get more members, and you begin posting with them, it’ll be up to you if you want to keep it or not. You’ll understand it more once your read the post.)
Looking for the exit are we? What’s the honor in that? The poor….poooooor old man. He needs some money. And how about those children? Doesn’t it JUST make you want to CRACK? Don’t you just want to SMASH that man’s face in? The world won’t save anyone. Come on…be true to yourself. Turn around and teach everyone a lesson. The only way this world is going to be saved is if you kill everything evil.” The harsh, cruel worlds seemed to echo through out the road out of town. The voice was everywhere around, but no where at the same time. The voice seemed to follow Jonas as he made his way towards the exit out of town.
”JONAS! DON’T IGNORE ME! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE? YOU CAN”T CONTROL ME! I’M PART OF YOU! STOP ACTING SO WEAK!” So who exactly was this voice? Well, it was more like what. It was the embodiment of Jonas wrath. Every member of clan wrath had a spirit that followed the member around. At one point, members of clan wrath would eventually become one with the spirit. That was, once they learned to completely control it.
Jonas spirit floated around him constantly, appearing to be an extremely well built man from the waste up. The lower part of its body appeared to be just vapor. Chains wrapped around it, as if it were restraining it. A device attached to its chest, connected the chains. Each chain had skulls attached to the ends. This spirit now stood in front of him, arms wide open as if blocking Jonas path. Only Jonas could see him, but that made it a burden in itself.

"If not by your hands, then WHO? And just surviving isn't enough in this world. It's coming to an end. The world is dying, and you will just sit back and watch it wither. Only the Heavy Metal Beings deserve to live on this planet. The humans have laid waste to our lands. IN THE PAST, THE HUMANS HAVE IMPRISSONED US! JUSTICE...justice is exactly what this world needs." Jonas attempted to walk around the spirit. It only repositioned itself back infront. It got face to face with Jonas this time as it spoke.
"Do you really thin YOU killed those two men? DONT MAKE ME LAUGH." The spirit knew exactly what went down that day. The wrath that surged through Jonas, that caused him to split the guards heads open with the rock. That was when Jonas first encountered the spirit. Jonas didn't even realize the first time it happened. The spirit had taken control. It was Jonas spirit of wrath that killed the two men. "You know what you are doing now do you? HAhahAhAAHA, then did you know people are following you? Did you really think they would let you go free? You must go find your people, at least that if your not going to turn this city to rubble."

The spirit just watched the situation unfold. It was both comical and disappointing. Jonas sad attempt at escaping would be no use. In broad daylight, after making a commotion, what was the kid expecting? It wasn’t like he even made an attempt to hide his escape. Just walking straight to the exit as if he were really free was…just going to be learning experience. One would hope.
Just as Jonas was about to clear the wall, two men, heavily armed stepped out from behind the wall towards his means of escape. Other guards, disguised as common citizens watched from near by. This place was just crawling with members of the Volten government. Sure, the kid could take a leave of absence, but not a permanent one. They created him, turned him into what he is today. They spent too much money, too much time to let it go to waste. The child had too much potential. Especially now and days when the HMB’s were thought extinct.
Jonas was not surrounded. He would only be able to listen to what they have to say and turn around. Taking on all these people couldn’t be an option. ”Nice try kid, but as you can see, I’m your only friend.” The spirit was back again, talking to him while the guards spoke also. ”Jonas, you are not to leave Volten City.” The spirit snickered. ”Yea, sure. Listen. They don’t want you to know about the outside world. Well get out of here a couple nights from now, don’t worry. I know your not going to smash all their faces in, so just walk away now and say ‘I’m sorry.’ You will see though. You aren’t human. You should know that. What do you think those tattoos all over your body signify? Decoration? Well…sort of.”

Jonas attempt to clear the wall wasn't going to go all that well. While his jump had some….zaz. It didn’t have the right amount of vertical power. While the punch at the wall did send him up, it actually sent him flying more forward. He was heading straight for the wall. Under normal circumstances, this would be an automatic fail. But Jonas was much more powerful then a human. The built up anger also helped with his situation. Though he crashed into the wall, he did so with enough force to smash on through it.
As Jonas smashed through the wall, he immediately took notice of the new world he now saw. He stared in awe at its beauty. For almost too long also. Jonas took notice of the ground that was coming at him at an exponential rate. Performing a flip, for some….zaz, he landed perfectly on his feet. Luckily for him, the ground was sandy, like a dessert. He grabbed a handful of the warm sand and slowly let it go. The wind picked up the sand and tossed it across the land. Jonas could only enjoy the new experience for a second though. He was abruptly reminded that he was still on the run. ”DO YOU WANT A GOD damn SHOVEL AND PAIL TOO? GONNA BUILD F****** SAND CASTLE HUH?
There was no way Jonas was going to out run the spirit. As usual, Jonas was having trouble understanding that the spirit was very much a part of him. Jonas was angered by the presence of the spirit, but relieved at the same time. He began running as fast as he could away from the wall. The guards would notify someone soon. They would probably send out mech’s after him. ”By the way kid, I forgot to tell you my name. Its Traw. Don’t wear it out, got it?”

"And now he doesn't make his own decisions. NOW, he asks for my help." He didn't even answer Jonas. Thraw just continued to ignore the plea for help. He wanted to see how Jonas would react in a time of dire need. When time came down to it, sure, Thraw would help. Help just as when Jonas needed a little extra strength to get through that wall. Thraw took a look around. Though the environment seemed to be purely dessert. He could make out some rocky formations in the distance. The place wasn't all sand, but traveling by foot wouldn’t be that fun. Did Jonas even have supplies? Thraw didn't think so. He felt like rubbing his temples, but he remembered that spirits didn't get headaches.
"Look Jonas...." He tried to keep his cool. Though we all know how impossible it was for an avatar of wrath to do so. "We should probably go back and formulate a better plan. Do you even know were the closest town is at? The only place I know of is Alkonost, and.....yea. That’s Volten's main military base." Thraw unfortunately couldn't remember anything from his past life. If it were as easy as that, Thraw would have just pointed Jonas into the direction he wanted him to go. Thraw could only rely on instinct, and instinct told him the two had to find were their people were.

"You know nothing of your people. Nothing.""Thraw really didn't know much either, he only knew what little memory he retained from his past life, and from what the scientists said around Jonas back. That was a plus to having him around. He had information that Jonas did not. "You belong to Clan Wrath of the Heavy Metal Beings. Being a member of the clan means your abilities are based off your anger and strength. I am you avatar of wrath." He tried to find a way to explain it a little better. "You think your strong now? Wait till you learn how to use your Wrath. Or as horrible as it sounds. Me."
Jonas still didn't understand that anytime he went angry, Thraw was the one taking over the thought process. But Jonas was right on one part. It was Jonas that made the decisions. But that’s only because Thraw was actually a part of Jonas. Or quite literally, Thraw was Jonas wrath. Did it make much sense? Not really, but in a world like this, nothing really made much sense. "The reason only you can see me is because I am your wrath. No experiment had anything to do with it. Every member of the clan has something like me following them around. And I can make myself useful when I fuse with you. You'll become...a monster."
The last bit made the conversation very eerie. A monster? Quite literally. Jonas would become a red eyes, scary looking buffed up human on crack. He was the perfect killing machine. ”It’s also the reason I follow you around. If your wrath were inside you twenty four seven, you would do nothing else but rampage around town killing shit! Think of me as your…bank. Make sense?” Probably not. What did an angry fellow know about explaining things?

The kid was asking many questions. That was a good thing. It meant he was interested in what he was and who he was. ”I actually don’t know how many of you there are left. The scientist back at the lab think that there are much more hiding pretty damn good.” Thraw then answered the one question he could answer without having to remember something a scientist had said. ”And there are seven different clans. Each representing another one of the deadly sins. I would assume, there are still several from each clan still alive. Otherwise, I don’t think the scientists back at the lab would be so frustrated all the time. Volten needs more power to defeat Altena.”
Thraw saw that the monster comment scared the kid. What was that all about? Thraw would love to have the potential of such a thing. Maybe he had to explain better. ”And you don’t necessarily have to become a monster. It’s meant for when you need it. In tight situations, or in battle. This world is full of monsters, human and mech alike. You need to be able to equal up with them, that’s all. But now Thraw couldn’t contain his excitement about a murderous rampage. ”Especially you of all people? Look at what Volten has done to you! They’ve locked you up for so long, run experiments on you. You don’t ever want to run wild in their labs or their military bases?”
Thraw wasn’t exactly trying to tempt Jonas into doing anything. He was being completely honest. Why wouldn’t anyone want to kill people that take you away from the outside world, and try to turn you into some kind of weapon?

For the most part, you’ll be able to control your actions, not so much your emotions. As long as your buddy’s don’t piss you off while… I guess your pissed off, then you’ll be fine.” Thraw didn’t worry about hiding like Jonas did. Why bother when no one could see you? Jonas question about reading thoughts made him laugh.
”I guess you haven’t noticed yet. Sometimes you don’t even speak aloud when you’re talking to me. Remember, I’m part of you. I should be something that’s in your head.” Assistant? What was the boy thinking? Thraw was no secretary. His only job was to give Jonas power when he asked for it. Other then that, he wasn’t good for much more. ”Listen kid, there’s also not much more I can do for you. I can give you strength, and that’s it. If you hadn’t noticed, I’m sort of attached to you. I can’t get any further away from you then I am now, and I cant touch things.”

”You’ll be fine kid. Don’t even worry about it for now.” He didn’t want to lie to the kid. Training the powers was difficult, and normally done under the strict supervision of other Clan Wrath members. Even then, because of the amount of strength being dished out with so little experience, injuries occurred. And what was this business about him talking inside his head the whole time? What was Thraw to him? Nothing but a tool he supposed. This was another opportunity for him to completely ignore what he just said.
”You know, that’s going to get really annoying. You could just whisper. They wont hear you.” It was dark, and the people searching were probably mapping out the area of were he was able to go. They would stop for the night, and try to catch him tomorrow. They would take into play that he wouldn’t sleep for the night and just travel on through it. Jonas didn’t know were he was going, so that wasn’t helping matters much either. Without a mode of transportation, they were going no where fast. ”And to answer your question, It’s clear.” He barely looked outside, but he didn’t hear anything near by. Besides, they were under the cover of dark. That and he was sure there were other things out in the dessert to worry more about.

Thraw wondered if Jonas had heard anything he had been saying. ”What’s in store for you? How would I know? I gave you my opinion. Find your people. Were should you start? Well, Volten was a great place, but since were fugitives, I doubt that will be happening.” He tried to think of other possibilities, just so that he wouldn’t be screamed at for just being critical. ”I mean, this is just a suggestion. You could go to Altena. You know, you being important to Volten and what not. Maybe they’ll take you in, and maybe someone will help you find your people. Someone that cares.”
There was an upside and a downside to this plan. Altena could end up just using Jonas. All he knew about Altena was what he heard from the Volten scientists, and they, had nothing good to say about them. Thraw was tempted to know if everything they spoke were true. One thing he couldn’t comprehend is how much they worried about the war, and not of the state the planet was in. They were going to end up killing each other for no reason what so ever. Maybe suggesting Altena was a bad idea. At least, he felt the impending doom for saying what he had just said. A place so blinded by winning, would most likely use Jonas. Maybe even play along and help him find his people, only to take them and use them for war as they once had.
”You know, maybe that’s not such a good idea after all. I mean, we don’t know how friendly they are. They might even be worst then Volten.” So who could they turn to? He had only heard of one other place that was not involved in the war. Kuul was its name. But from what he heard, it was a city in the clouds. How the hell would they find that? Maybe if they had a mech, but certainly not on foot.

”It would be ironic, but I wouldn’t bet on it. Altena and Volten have both been looking for your race. They want to use them for their war, but you already know that. If we find them, ever, it’ll be a miracle.” With all the technology the two had on their hands, what good would just the two be? But then again, there was one place the two have not searched. The Terra Lands. It was approximately the size of what was once known as Russia. The two countries wouldn’t step foot anywhere near this area. Why? The Terra Mech’s.
The things were only legends. The only proof of their existence were the ruined remains of cities turned to rubble. No one has ever lived to speak about them. But cities being wiped out of existence, without a soul alive could only be the works of something… terrifying. And what else was more terrifying then God like mechs, as tall as the tallest Skyscrapers. What could fight such things? What would even stand a chance? If so, what in the world was Thraw thinking? The Forsaken couldn’t possibly live in such a place unless they could control them some how. Maybe they could though…Certainly they could. That would explain everything. Why they were thought gone from existence.
”My only guess is that they are hiding in the Terra Lands. Of course. It would be a dangerous journey to go there. That, and I don’t really know how to head in that direction. We should probably find a mech if were going in there.”

All I know is, they are really big, and really powerful mechs. No ones actually seen them, but that’s because everyone that comes across them has died. There are cities in ruins because of them. Scary stuff.” Why the Heavy Metal Beings didn’t fear them? Well, there was no proof. It was only a theory. ”Well, its not for certain that they don’t fear them, but the idea is, they created the Terra Mechs, and they are controlling them, telling them to attack the cities and wipe them out. Probably to take back their planet.”
Jonas was falling asleep while he was talking. It seems that the boy finally reached his breaking point for the day. Of course, Thraw would be bored out of his mind for the next eight hours or so. He would spend it probably just watching and listening. The night was at its darkest point. It would only be several more hours until the sunlight came…
And it did. Thank goodness too. Thraw was bored out of his mind. But at least he would have some good news. The rocky formation they found at night to keep them hidden was not actually a rocky formation. It was more like, one big rock, and some metal, and, well, something else, but he couldn’t exactly tell. He couldn’t touch things, so he couldn’t dig it up. But it was more metal, just, buried. There seemed more to it. If he didn’t know better, it looked kind of like a gigantic…hand? ”Jonas, are you awake yet. You sleep way to god damn much. I’ve been dying of boredom, and the only thing that kept me some what interested was the metal in the ground. You really should dig it up. At least for me.”

What Jonas did not notice was that the mech was not head deep in sand. It was actually just lying down on its back. If he followed the hand to the chest or head, the cockpit would be found rather quickly. The rocks weren’t really a problem, that was, as long as they weren’t mounted on top of the chest or head. The mech was obviously powerful enough to stand up without even thinking about the giant rocks. Thraw had taken notice of it, but he wondered how long it would take Jonas to notice. But he was growing much too impatient already.
”If I had arms I could use, I’d probably strangle you or dig this piece of shit out myself.” Can you blame him for blowing up on Jonas? Of course not, he was the fricken avatar or Wrath. He only acted the way he was supposed to. Or could his outburst have something to do with Jonas increasing anger and impatience with digging the thing up? Hmm…maybe, perhaps, Jonas could use some of the wrath to speed up the process, though, he wasn’t sure if it was safe. It could possibly end up destroying whatever lays below the sand.
”Just find the chest area Jonas. It will save you some trouble. Unless you want to do this the fun, I mean, hard way.”

The two of them were now inside the cock pit. It did look different indeed to the other mech’s they had been in. It sort of surprised him when Jonas asked him what Mech’s he had been in before. ”Well, I’ve been in all the same ones as you. Remember, I can’t go anywhere unless your there.” Thraw eyes widened as the suit was actually operational. What were the chances of finding such a thing in the middle of no were? Jonas had to really keep himself under control.
”Jonas, I’m sure your really excited about finding this working Mech, but your going to have to take it easy. We don’t know to what extent this thing is working. Resources are low, people don’t just leave working Mech’s lying around. Perhaps it was low on energy. It would be a bad idea to take it into flight. There was a possibility of it failing mid air. ”Keep it low to the ground. We don’t need it shutting off mid air now do we?”

The strange duo had traveled for several days. Thraw wondered every second of it how the mech was still able to continue on in the journey. Perhaps the mech was abandoned, fully fueled? Perhaps the database showed false information on the past owner? Such things were trivial to him though. What mattered was how they managed to survive along the way. Thraw didn’t need food and water, or anything material per say, but Jonas did, and if Jonas were to perish, so would Thraw. Finding these resources to keep the mortal alive turned out to be a simple task. Jonas was evidently good at catching fish, birds and other animals. Perhaps it was instinct? Thraw kept the comment to himself. Such instincts belonged to animals and he was sure Jonas preferred not to think that way.
Still, they managed for two or three days, traveling mostly during the night to avoid detection. Jonas took Thraws advice and stayed low to the ground, though, on occasion he had been tempted to do several acrobatic flips in the air. Sure things were going good, but Murphy’s Law hit you at the most unsuspecting times. Besides, the terrain had changed drastically also. What was an ocean of sand turned into waves of rocks upon rocks. The path had rocky walls on both sides. Great place to get ambushed. They received information that Altena was beyond this rocky path.
It was currently night time again and they stopped for a short rest. Jonas was fumbling around with the controls, still learning and taking in everything. Thraw himself managed to learn a lot about the mech though he had very little interests in it. Mostly because he couldn’t fly it himself anyways. ”Say Jonas. How much longer do you think we have to travel? It’s been so god damn boring now. I sort of preferred the cat and mouse chase while we were at Volten. Now all I do is stare at fucken rocks. There all beginning to look the same now.” Thraw had been growing impatient.
